Shipments and Returns 

Home Delivery:

 

Free domestic for any purchase over 500Nis Home Delivery for order in Israel  will arrive within 3 business days.

 

Store Pickup:

 

Orders can be picked up from our Atelier during business hours

A store representative will contact you when the item is available for pickup.

At any point, you can check on the order status in the “My Account” section of the website.

 

International Deliveries:

We ship Worldwide for Free for every purchase over $200 , all orders are delivered to the customer’s  door steps by DHL , FedEx or UPS.

 

Orders will arrive within 10 business days (contingent on the customer providing the correct information as requested by the Customs Authority)

 

The Shipping Provider will contact you via phone and/or email in order to coordinate the delivery and its release from Customs.

 

Pre Order items:

Delivery of Custom Made and/or pre order items can take up to 14 days.  We will keep on updating you by email on your order status and estimate delivery time.

 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges:

Unworn and undamaged items can be can be returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt.  We will not offer a refund for your purchase but a free exchange for the same value of your original purchase.
