Home Delivery

Free domestic delivery for any purchase over ₪500. Home delivery for orders in Israel will arrive within 3 business days.

Store Pickup

Orders can be picked up from our Atelier during business hours.

A store representative will contact you when the item is available for pickup.

At any point, you can check on the order status in the “My Account” section of the website.

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide for free for every purchase over $200. All orders are delivered to the customer’s doorstep by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

Orders will arrive within 10 business days (contingent on the customer providing the correct information as requested by the Customs Authority).

The shipping provider will contact you via phone and/or email in order to coordinate the delivery and its release from Customs.

Pre-Order Items

Delivery of custom-made and/or pre-order items can take up to 14 days. We will keep updating you by email on your order status and estimated delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges

Unworn and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt. We do not offer a refund for your purchase, but a free exchange for the same value as your original purchase.

* Custom-made jewellery, jewellery that we resized for you, or pre-order items are not subject to the above terms.
