These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern Your access to and use of the Be Mine Jewellery online store (the “Website”), operated and managed by Eitan N Commerce Ltd, C.N 515313518 (the “Operator”). By using the Website and/or placing an order through it, You agree to these Terms. The Terms should be read together with the Website’s Privacy Policy.
1. Products and Pricing
1.1. All prices on the Website are stated in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
1.2. Our collection features only natural and untreated diamonds and entirely natural gems. The exception is our black diamonds, which may undergo a careful enhancement process to bring out their deep hue, unless specified otherwise in the product description.
1.3. Because every diamond and gemstone is a natural creation, slight variations in colour, clarity and exact dimensions may occur between pieces. Product photographs are illustrative; the natural stones You receive may vary slightly from the image.
1.4. Prices and product availability may change at any time and without prior notice. If a product was displayed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, the Operator may cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1. Orders are placed through the Website and paid for exclusively through PayPal. Your order is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully completed.
2.2. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including name, address, phone number and email address.
2.3. The Operator may cancel an order, in whole or in part, for example if a product is out of stock or the order details are incomplete or suspected to be fraudulent. In such a case the full amount paid will be refunded.
3. Delivery
3.1. Free home delivery within Israel on orders over ₪500, within 3 business days. International deliveries are free worldwide on orders over $200 and are sent via courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS) within 10 business days, subject to the customs details You provide being correct.
3.2. Products that are made to order, custom-made or pre-ordered may take up to 14 days before they are dispatched.

4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1. You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unworn and undamaged, returned in its original packaging together with the receipt. There are no refunds; you may exchange an item for another of the same value, free of charge.
4.2. Custom-made, resized and pre-order items are excluded from returns and exchanges.

5. Product Images and Descriptions
5.1. While we make every effort to display the colours and details of our products accurately, the actual colour of a piece may vary from what You see on Your screen, depending on Your display settings.
5.2. Descriptions of the stones and metals used in each piece are given in good faith on each product page.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content on the Website — including text, photographs, designs, logos and trademarks — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from the Website without the Operator’s prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of products through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any right granted to You by applicable consumer protection law.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and any use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from them shall be brought before the competent courts in Israel.
